Cookie Policy

1. What cookies we use

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate core platform functionality, including:

• keeping you signed in and maintaining your session;
• remembering your selected Organization/team context;
• remembering your theme (light/dark) preference; and
• remembering whether the navigation sidebar is collapsed.

2. Browser storage and connections

Besides cookies, the platform keeps a small amount of information in your browser's local storage: the sign-in method and email address you last used (so they can be suggested next time) and your theme preference. While you are signed in, the app keeps an open realtime connection to our infrastructure so that Team Chat updates without a page reload; where realtime notifications are enabled, notifications arrive the same way, and otherwise the notification count refreshes every minute and when you return to the app. That connection carries your session token, which identifies your account, and receives only updates addressed to you.

3. Third-party cookies

When online payment is enabled, the checkout page is provided by Stripe, which sets its own cookies on its pages. When abuse protection is enabled on our public forms, the Cloudflare Turnstile widget loads on those pages and may set cookies of its own. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics or marketing cookies.

4. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site data. Because the cookies we use are strictly necessary, blocking them may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the platform.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Organizations and account holders.
